A Month to seek The Kingdom of God

Praise the Lord my friend. My wife and I are well and are very thankful to God for your constant prayers and emails. It is my prayer that you too are well and continue to be kept by the Lord. We bless the Lord who continues to keep us safe to see this year unfold in His goodness and mercies in Jesus Name, Amen.

This month of August, it’s been placed in my spirit that you should get ready for

Seeking The Kingdom of God.

John the Baptist when he came on the scene started by saying…

Repent ye: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.” Matthew 3:2

Then as Jesus comes on the scene he starts by saying…

Repent ye: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.” Matthew 4:17

Jesus goes on to tell a highly ranked official that unless one is born again, he cannot enter the Kingdom of God. Paul spent two years in Rome discussing the Kingdom of God.

For 40 years after His resurrection, Jesus continued to teach on the Kingdom of God.

First things First

friend, notice what is mentioned in the scripture below:-

Seek first the Kingdom of God and His Righteousness and all these things shall be added unto youMatthew 6:33

friend, Hosea says that “my people perish because of lack of knowledge”, it is the knowledge of what to seek first. People have failed in the area of proper prioritization. What the Bible advocates to be first is being relegated to the back of the line. I pray that this is not your portion and that as God declares, you will seek first the kingdom of God, that you will truly seek the kingdom first in Jesus Mighty Name, Amen.

Not of this world

friend, we are in this world but not of this world. Ours is a Kingdom. A different Kingdom. We are kings in this Kingdom and Jesus is the King of Kings. He and us are one. We are in Him and He is the light of the Kingdom. No fear exists in this kingdom…only faith for this please God. In here we are led by the Spirit and not by flesh. Our paths grow brighter and brighter each day. In here, we only do what we see Jesus do. It is a glorious Kingdom.

There is so much about this Kingdom. Jesus says the following:-

“…It is like a mustard seed, which a man took and threw into his own garden” Luke 13:19

“The kingdom of heaven is like a man who sowed good seed in his field.” Matthew 13:24
