A Month of Fulfilled Promises

Merry Christmas!!!

Friend, it is amazing how the year has quickly come to an end. But that you are alive is cause to give thanks to God who has been good to you throughout this year. Friend, my wife and I are grateful to God Almighty who has been our Shield, our Guide and Our Protector throughout this year.

It is Christmas time! What a joy to celebrate the birth of Our LORD and Savior Jesus Christ, The Son of The Living God. As we have shared before, some would want us to just say “happy holidays” but you and I know the real reason for this season. This is no ordinary holiday and that is why the world is afraid of it. With joy join us in declaring Merry Christmas!!

This month is A Month to Prepare for Promises to be Fulfilled.

We read the following in the Bible…“But the angel said to them, "Do not be afraid. I bring you good news of great joy that will be for all the people. Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is Christ the Lord.” (Luke 2: 10-11)

Prepare for promises to be fulfilled

Friend, the birth of Jesus Christ, which every Bible promise points to, was at the appointed time of God. God is always on time. He is never late and never early, just on time. In Luke 2: 28-38, we read of prophet Simeon and prophetess Anna, who faithfully had been expectantly waiting for God to accomplish that which He had promised and true enough, at that very hour, before their very eyes, the promises were fulfilled as the baby Jesus was brought into the temple.

This time thousands of years ago, God fulfilled His promise to redeem mankind, prepare for your God given promises to be fulfilled in Jesus Mighty Name, Amen. Yes, God may have given you some promises way  back or perhaps  in January this year and as the year draws to a close, you are wondering what happened to those promises; get ready for your promises to be fulfilled in Jesus Mighty Name, Amen.

Prepare for angelic visitation

The angel Gabriel visited Mary before the birth of Jesus. An angel visited Zechariah. Angels visited the shepherds. Get ready for angelic visitations this Christmas season in Jesus Mighty Name, Amen.  Angels are there to minister to us. Get ready! Do not hesitate to entertain strangers because you may just be entertaining angels unknowingly. May God grant you a spirit of discernment in Jesus Mighty Name, Amen.

Do not give up

When Joshua was about to die, he said…"Now I am about to go the way of all the earth. You know with all your heart and soul that not one of all the good promises the LORD your God gave you has failed. Every promise has been fulfilled; not one has failed.” (Joshua 23:14).  Do not give up, do not be weary in well doing for in due season you will reap if you do not give up. (Gal 6:9)

Friend, in Proverbs 23:18, we read, “For surely there is an end; and thine expectation shall not be cut off”. Expect fulfillment of God’s promises in your life even as this year comes to an end. God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good? (Numbers 23:19)

He will not fail you; He will prove Himself faithful to you.

Conclusion – Joy is Coming your way

The birth of Jesus was a great promise fulfilled. May God bring to pass His promises in your life in Jesus Mighty Name, Amen.  May the fulfillment of this great promise and promises in your life cause Joy to fill your heart; and may praises to the Most High fill your house this season in Jesus Mighty Name, Amen.
My wife and I wish you a Merry Christmas and a Blessed New Year 2013!
